Does anyone have a checklist for opening day at a multi-site campus?

Attached is a powerpoint outline of a meeting our campus pastor ran to prepare his core team for Launch Day. He did a great job empowering our key volunteers and setting expectations for service. The last slide is the schedule for launch day.
