Welcome to LM. So glad you found us. I'm hoping LM really becomes a place where multi-site leaders can find community, share ideas, develop leaders and discover best practices. I know you're learning a lot on your journey and so I encourage you to jump in post pics, videos, blog, forums anything you think would add value to other multisite leaders. You may want to go under the Groups tab and check out the Group for Worship leaders as well. It's a great spot for Worship leaders to have some side discussions on the site.
