"Not necessarily. We had 4 campuses, each set-up as a separate LLC, but financially, they were all part of one budget. Each Campus was a it's own category in the budget with sub categories for ministry areas.

Going to the next level
Harvest Church is an 8 yr/old church that has an average weekend attendance of 2400. In September of 2008, we became a multi-site church adding our first video venue.

Dave Treat said… - Willy... Would love to know more about Harvest. My expertise is primarily in leadership development and building community through small groups. On staff at Willow Creek Church for 6 years and Willow Creek Association for 3. Was released in the recent restructuring (along with about half of the total staff).
